I can't change the price of an item
If you can't change the price of an item, one of two things is probably happening.
1. You're not editing the price in the right field.
Make sure you are editing the correct price field as shown in the picture below:
2. If you still can't edit the price, it's likely due to the fact that there is no Price record created for this item. If you look at the "Target" field in the upper left hand corner of the Price window and it's blank, there is no price record for this item.
To fix this, simply hit the PLUS SIGN in the price window to create a price record for this item.
Alternatively, you can delete the entire item and start over by hitting the MINUS sign in the Main Item window. This will destroy the entire record allowing you to recreate the item from scratch.
