How to change multiple item's at once in SMS Pro
In this video we'll go over the steps to make changes to multiple items at once.
PLEASE NOTE:
Making mass changes to many items at once is potentially dangerous. If you are not careful, you could potentially change hundreds or thousands of item's pricing if you make a mistake. Please be sure to perform these steps 100% properly and know what you're doing. If you do make a mistake, please call our office quickly. We can restore a backup of item's pricing from the previous night.
There are times when you might want to change information about multiple items at the same time in your POS system. An example of this might be when you might want to change the price of all varieties of a particular item at once instead of pulling up each item individually. In this case, a mass change will help you save a lot of time and effort. The video below goes into much more detail.
