Edit Customer Points

How to EDIT Customer Points
1. Open SMS and log in
2. Click “Sell” tab
3. Click “Point of Sale
4. This will take you to a pos screen
5. Type the Customer Account number
6. Press “Customer#”
7. From the top, select “Transaction’
8. Select “Points adjustment”
9. Type Point amount to add, or use a – (minus) to subtract points
10. Press ENTER
11. Press “Subtotal”
12. Press “CASH” to finalize
13. This will update the Customers Points, and show up then next time they use their number
Note - If you make a mistake, you can use the “-“ minus key to fix
Point related reports are in the Reports, Customer, Points
– Statements SMSPayment, Points Balance, if using “Smspayment”
– Statements, Points Balance if using Loc points
