How to add a Customer

  1. Open SMS Pro
  2. Click “Maintanance”
  3. Click “Customer and Shopper level”

  1. Click “Condition” in Client Code
  2. Type the NEW Customer number
  3. Press ENTER ENTER
  4. Click the “+” on top of Customer table (lower right box)

  1. Select “Create”
  2. Fill in all the Hi-lighted areas
  3. Double click RISK to select
  4. Double click SHOP and PROMO to select
  5. Click arrow to apply changes
  6. Click Preference, click Deploy Changes
  7. Choose between “Last 7 Days” or “Period”
  8. Scan items, view movement
