How to add a new SCO Shopper Assistant (SA) card

  1. This must be done at the SCO Boss
  2. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to unlock
  3. Enter your Password

  2. Login

  1. Click Assistants tab
  2. Click Add New Assistant, *

*Make sure you are adding the next available number

  1. Using the following template, fill in the appropriate information for the new card

  1. <Click Select a Profile> on left
  2. Click Full Access
  3. Click Select Profile on right
  4. Scroll down to Learn Not-on-File Items and un-check the box
  5. You can also un-check those items that you do want the SA to do
  6. Scroll down and click SAVE

Be sure to add this Operator number in SMSpro also, with a leve 6

New numbers a usable after a re-boot or next business day.
