How to make Payment to Customer Account

  1. Open SMS and log in
  2. Click “Sell” tab
  3. Click “Point of Sale”

  1. This will take you to a pos screen
  2. Type the Customer Account number
  3. Press “Customer#”
  4. Press “Customer Functions’
  5. Select “Payment on Account”
  6. Type amount of Payment
  7. Press ENTER
  8. Press “Subtotal”
  9. Press “CASH” to finalize

  1. This will update the Customers balance info, and show up as an “Account Payment” in store reports

Note - If you make a mistake, you can use the “-“ minus key to fix
