Your front end system may not look like the pictures you see below. Button screens are customized for each store. The functions used will be the same, but the button locations and colors may look different. If you would like your button screens to be set up the way you see in these articles, please contact the office and ask for the new default button screens to be loaded onto your system.
How to void an item off the screen
Note:
Voiding an item off the screen is a super simple process.
Simply click the item on the left side of the screen. You will see that the item is now highlighted.
Next, just click the "Void" button. (Note, some systems have this void button manager locked, and if this is the case, you'll need to scan your manager card first)
You will now see the item has been voided from the transaction.
Note: the void button will also work to remove vendor coupons, cash, and other line items that appear on the left hand side of the screen.
