How to log into the backoffice (SMS Pro)
First, open up SMS Pro if it isn't already open.
SMS Pro should already be opened, and you may see the icon at the bottom of the screen. Click the icon to bring it to the front of the screen. The icon looks like this.
If you do not see this button, you may need to open SMS Pro manually. To do this, find the SMS Start program at the bottom of the screen. Click the icon to bring it to the front of the screen. The icon looks like this.
With SMS Start program opened up click the button that says "SMS Pro". This will be button number 3, or button number 2 if you are on a manager workstation.
At this point you should have SMS Pro opened up on your screen. It should look like this now:
Click the "Log" drop down menu at the top of the screen and select "Log in"
A keypad will appear.
Enter your user number then click "OK" or hit enter on your keyboard.
It will also, ask for you password. Enter your password and click "OK" or hit enter on your keyboard.
Success! You are now logged into your SMS Pro
Your screen should have changed. You will now see buttons in the blue bar at the top of the screen, as well as new drop down menus.
It should look like this now:
