The eSuite software provides tools for copying information from an existing item and creating a new one. The information that will be copied to the new record is selected in the Copy item window and edited in the Item creation table.
Once you create the new items, you must deploy the changes in the database and send the latest information to the network's front-end workstations and cash registers.
Display the Copy item window
In the launcher, click the arrow in the Items entry to expand its menu.
Copy the current item to a new item
The Item creation table allows you to copy the current item to a new one through the Copy item window.
When you create a new item starting from an existing one, you must choose and filter information carefully. Through Check all, Uncheck all, and the checkboxes, the Copy item window is the utility that enables this process to be efficient and time-saving.
