1. A. Make up a PID number and put it in the P.ID field of

each variety of cereal.(POS box)

B. Make up another PID number and put it in the P.ID field of

each variety of milk.(POS box)

(This P.ID number will be used to link the items)

2. Create an electronic store coupon plu.

(start with 96 then your coupon number example 961111122222)

A. Put in a descriptor and short descriptor. (ex.Buy 4 get milk Free)

B. Put in a subdepartment.

C. set in POS "un-check follow sub,

check - elec coup and store coup f/s and EZ in Others field ".

D. Put 0.00 in the sale price

put starting and ending sale dates

put 100 in sale disc % field

e. Apply changes.

g. Click "Item" at the top of the screen

h. Click "Coupon Link"

i. Click " + " in coupon link.

j. Double-Click Type in the coupon link just added and choose "Promo ID Sales"

k. Type the P.ID from step 1A into the "code".

l. Type "2" in the Qty (Method is empty on this coupon link)

i. Click " + " in coupon link.

j. Double-Click Type in the coupon link just added and choose "Promo ID Sales"

k. Type the P.ID from step 1B into the "code".

l. Type "1" in the Qty

n. Click "Method" Click on "Multiply using Criteria" and "Match with this item"

and "multiply by cheapest" (MCR)

m. Click apply changes in the coupon link.

n. Deploy changes.
